Quality Control
At SRIVAAN AEROMEX, quality control is integrated into every stage of precision component manufacturing. Our processes focus on material conformity, dimensional accuracy and consistent workmanship for aerospace, semiconductor equipment, healthcare, oil & gas, railway, renewable energy and industrial applications.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we follow a structured quality management system covering production controls, inspection and documentation. Components are checked against approved customer drawings, agreed technical specifications and applicable requirements, with traceability maintained as defined for each project.
Our Quality Control Process
Incoming Material Inspection
Incoming materials are checked against specified grades, dimensions and supporting material certificates before release to production, according to agreed customer requirements.
In-Process Inspection
Inspection at key manufacturing stages verifies critical dimensions, tolerances and component features, helping identify deviations and guide corrective action during production.
Final Inspection
Finished components are checked against approved drawings and agreed acceptance criteria before dispatch, with attention to dimensional accuracy, surface finish and workmanship.
Documentation & Traceability
SRIVAAN AEROMEX maintains production records, inspection reports and material traceability documentation according to project requirements, supporting quality verification and customer review.
